Welcome to InfraSourcing, a service by 3M1 Infrastructure Engineering. By accessing or using our website and API (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Services

Our Services provide users with live pricing information and access to our application programming interface (API). The Services are intended for lawful purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Rate Limiting and Usage Policy

To ensure optimal performance and availability of our Services, we implement rate limiting on the API. This means that the number of requests your account can make to the API may be restricted. Users who exceed this limit or engage in abusive behavior, such as spamming requests, will have their access rate limited or denied altogether, at our sole discretion.

The Services provided are for the purpose of business customers obtaining service pricing and information and then contracting for service directly with a service provider.

Any attempts to scrape our Services will be logged and analyzed extensively.

You agree not to use the Services to:

Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services or other accounts, systems, or networks.

Use the Services in a manner that may harm, disable, overburden, or impair the website or API, or any third party website or API tied to this website.

Scrape, or otherwise collect, data from our website.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of 3M1 Infrastructure Engineering or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Services, the accuracy of the content, or the availability of our API. Pricing and availability is always subject to change despite our best attempts to reflect accurate information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3M1 Infrastructure Engineering and any of its affiliates or entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our Services.
